Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product*

We offer a Product Replacement on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping, or if you receive a wrong product. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement as preferred. Please send us a message on our Contact Us page within 2 days of item received day (Exception: The Broken Ordinary Bottles during the shipment must be reported to us with in the same day of delivery for refund). Customers will be responsible to make required arrangements for product return.

 

Change of Mind*

If you change your mind on your purchase, you can still get a refund or a replacement if the product is sealed/not opened and its in original state (in the exception of THE ORDINARY Serum). Customers will be responsible to send back the return product and bearing 19% restocking cost. Please send us a message on Contact Us page within 7 days of purchase. The cost will be reimbursed once we receive the product and upon checking products' condition as mentioned.

For items that are used, open, or unsealed, and user feels it doesn’t work for him/her unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Also, there will be No Refund or Exchange on Princess Hair Curler.

 

 

Product Specific Warranty

If the product has a stand-alone warranty, please refer to the Product Page for warranty related information.

Warranty on Styler Pro, Styler Pro 2.0, Phenom Air Wireless Earbuds will cover any ELECTRICAL issue 6 months from the date of purchase (Note: Any PHYSICAL DAMAGE in this period WILL NOT be covered under the warranty). In case of such issue we will send you a brand new respective item.

There will be NO RETURN or REFUND for all bulk items (including THE ORDINARY products).

Additional Information

We do not issue the refund/replacement if

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Change of Mind for damaged, unsealed or used products
  • Claims after the Refund/Replacement time period
  • Warranty claims after the warranty period
