Shipping & Delivery
- The Maarg offers Free Shipping for all products.
- The Return Delivery Fee of Rs.250 must be covered by the customer. This is applicable for both 'Faulty' and 'Change Of Mind' (valid for 15 days period) Returns.
- Delivery time can take up to 2-7 working days depending upon customers’ location.
- Delays caused by factors outside of control can affect the delivery time.
- Accurate Home address or parcel collection address should be provided the time of check out by the Customer to ensure a seamless delivery.
- We will attempt to deliver the product to the address provided in the order information. In the case of our delivery partners not able to home deliver in the address, customer will be contacted for a PICKUP at the closest location.
- Customer will be contacted/sent SMS at least 3 times to arrange the order collection. Failed to establish contact in these attempts will force us to return the product and the order will be cancelled.
